Note: athletes recovering
from injury certified by CAMPA may have previous results used to determine
ranking for national team selection, in this case these athletes will be added
to the Team lists in addition to athletes currently qualifying for team
selection.
Note: athletes not meeting
minimum standards who are named to the team based on training plans to achieve
minimum standards will not be selected for a second year unless standards are
met with the exception of an injury exemption.
